"HF Offshore GmbH" offers a wide range of maritime services in the fields of sea transport, installation, dismantling, salvage and deep-sea technologies with locations in Mexico, Germany and Singapore.

“HF Offshore GmbH” was founded in 2023 by Captain Heiko Felderhoff following his management buy-out from the Harren Group and is the central operating unit of HF Offshore in the European and Asian markets. Based on his many years of experience as a seafarer and managing partner of the Harren Group with responsibility for the entire value chain of shipping and the offshore sector, "HF Offshore" is the continuation of these activities under its own management.

HF Offshore Services México manages a fleet of more than 27 vessels, including offshore construction vessels, anchor handling tugs, diving support vessels and smaller units. HF Offshore offers full-service vessel management and is fully ISM, ISO and MLC certified and maintains its own HSEQ department.

HF Transport and Installation offers comprehensive services for oil and gas structures with its own vessels as well as with third-party tonnage, the core area of activity being the installation and dismantling of oil and gas structures in the Gulf of Mexico. HF Transport and Installation also works on numerous projects in the offshore wind sector, in particular the installation of offshore substations in the emerging market on the US East Coast.
